The Covalight® Plus chemiluminescent reagent for detecting proteins is extremely sensitive and has a high signal-to-noise ratio. This new non isotopic Covalight® system is a high performance chemiluminescent substrate for peroxidase. It enables less than 10 picograms of protein to be detected within 30 seconds to 1 minute on exposure to CCD-based imaging.
This wide range combines a high sensitivity and a long-term signal which makes Covalight® family reagents the perfect choice for your Western and Dot Blot analysis.
- Ultra Sensitive: detects proteins quantities from Mid picogram to Low femtogram (10-15)
